mRNA levels of Ank3, Scn8a and Scn1a after siRNA interference. The relative Ank3 mRNA levels decreased significantly after siRNA interference in group 2 and group 1 + 2. The expression of Scn8a decreased 69.9 ± 8.4% in group2 (P < 0.05) and 77.3 ± 4.1% in group1 + 2(P < 0.05).
