Immunocellularchemistry assay for Ankyrin-G, Nav1.6 and Nav1.1 after siRNA interference in HT22 cells. In the representative sections, antibodies illustrate the localizing of Ankyrin-G, Nav1.6 and Nav1.1 labeled with Alexa555 in red and nuclei were revealed by Hoechst in blue. Quantification of Ankyrin-G revealed significant decrease of normalized integrated density after siRNA silence compared to NC group (P < 0.05). Similar change of integrated density of Nav1.6 were detected (P < 0.05)
