Protein levels of Ankyrin-G, Nav1.6 and Nav1.1 after siRNA interference in HT22 cells. Ankyrin-G, Nav1.6, Nav1.1 and GAPDH were detected as the immunopositive bands with molecular weight around 190 kDa, 260 kDa, 260 kDa and 146 kDa respectively. We found similar changes of ankyrin-G and Nav1.6 IDV protein level after siRNA silence in group2 and group1 + 2
